(hereinafter referred to as the Company or Data Controller) hereby informs you, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), about the fact and purposes of the processing of your personal data, as well as any other relevant circumstances of the data processing.

We hereby inform you that the hosting of this website is provided by WIX.com LTD (headquarters: Yunitsman 5., Tel Aviv, Israel) as the data processor. The transfer of data to third countries may take place based on the compliance decision of the Commission 2011/61/EU.

The Company does not transfer personal data to third parties. However, if our Company is obliged to transfer personal data to a court or authority in accordance with the legal procedure prescribed by law, we are obligated to provide the requested data to the respective court or authority in compliance with our legal obligations.

We will process your personal data until the completion of the contact inquiry or until the withdrawal of your consent for data processing, whichever comes first.

VII. Automated Decision-Making, Profiling

There is no automated decision-making or profiling carried out during the data processing.

We would like to inform you that, in connection with the data processing in question, you are entitled to exercise the following data subject rights:

1. Right to Withdraw Consent:

You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time, and such withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

2. Right of Access:

You have the right to obtain confirmation from our Company as to whether or not your personal data is being processed. If such processing is in progress, you have the right to access your personal data and information related to its processing. Upon your request, we will provide you with a copy of the personal data undergoing processing free of charge for the first time, with the understanding that we may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs for any further copies you request. Please note that if you submit your request electronically and do not specify otherwise, the information will be provided to you in a widely used electronic format.

3. Right to Rectification:

You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. Furthermore, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

4. Right to Erasure:

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data without undue delay if:

5. Right to Restriction of Processing:

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if any of the following applies:

you contest the accuracy of your personal data (in this case, the restriction applies for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of the personal data),
the processing is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of your personal data, and instead, request the restriction of its use,
we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims,
you have objected to processing (in this case, the restriction applies for a period until it is determined whether our legitimate grounds override yours).

We will inform you in advance about the lifting of the restriction on processing.

6. Right to Data Portability:

ou have the right to receive the personal data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller. If technically feasible, you may also request the direct transmission of your personal data between data controllers. You can exercise this right when the processing is carried out by automated means.

IX. Procedure in Case of a Data Subject Request:

We would like to inform you that you can submit your request for the exercise of your data subject rights to our Company through the contact information provided above. Please note that the verification of your identity is necessary to exercise your data subject rights.

Our Company will provide information on the measures taken as a result of the request without undue delay, but no later than one month from the receipt of the identifiable data subject's request. If necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended by an additional two months, and we will inform you of the extension, along with the reasons for the delay, within one month of receiving the request.

X. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority:

Please be advised that if you believe that our Company has violated the requirements set forth by the applicable data protection laws in the processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. Furthermore, you have the option to bring a legal action to protect your personal data, and the court will expedite the proceedings in such cases. In this instance, you can freely decide whether to file your lawsuit at your place of residence (permanent address) or your place of stay (temporary address), or at the court having jurisdiction over our Company's registered office. Please be informed that the Székesfehérvár Court has jurisdiction over legal proceedings related to our Company's registered office.
