We hereby inform you that the hosting of this website is provided by WIX.com LTD (headquarters: Yunitsman 5., Tel Aviv, Israel) as the data processor. The transfer of data to third countries may take place based on the compliance decision of the Commission 2011/61/EU.
The Company does not transfer personal data to third parties. However, if our Company is obliged to transfer personal data to a court or authority in accordance with the legal procedure prescribed by law, we are obligated to provide the requested data to the respective court or authority in compliance with our legal obligations.

There is no automated decision-making or profiling carried out during the data processing.

ou have the right to receive the personal data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller. If technically feasible, you may also request the direct transmission of your personal data between data controllers. You can exercise this right when the processing is carried out by automated means.
IX. Procedure in Case of a Data Subject Request:
We would like to inform you that you can submit your request for the exercise of your data subject rights to our Company through the contact information provided above. Please note that the verification of your identity is necessary to exercise your data subject rights.
Our Company will provide information on the measures taken as a result of the request without undue delay, but no later than one month from the receipt of the identifiable data subject's request. If necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended by an additional two months, and we will inform you of the extension, along with the reasons for the delay, within one month of receiving the request.
X. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority:
Please be advised that if you believe that our Company has violated the requirements set forth by the applicable data protection laws in the processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. In this instance, you can freely decide whether to file your lawsuit at your place of residence (permanent address) or your place of stay (temporary address), or at the court having jurisdiction over our Company's registered office. Please be informed that the Székesfehérvár Court has jurisdiction over legal proceedings related to our Company's registered office.
